In order for the Remove employee(s) from Slack channel integration task to execute successfully, the following steps must first be performed by a Slack admin:

1. Open Slack in your browser and navigate to Settings & Permissions > Permissions > Channel Management.
2. Set the People who can remove members from public channels dropdown to Everyone, except guests.
3. Click the Save button.
