Dropbox Sign

Follow all of the step-by-step instructions below to set up Sora’s integration with Dropbox Sign to be able to send documents automatically as part of a Sora workflow.

Connecting Dropbox Sign and Sora

  1. Open Sora and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Dropbox Sign.
  2. Click on the Log in to set up integration button and log into your Dropbox Sign account.
  3. A popup window will open asking you to allow access to the Sora application. Click the Accept button. 
  4. The integration connection should be all set up. Click the Validate button in Sora to verify the connection. 

Creating The Integration Task in a Sora Workflow

  1. Inside the Sora workflow, create a new integration task type. 
  2. Search for Create a signature request in Dropbox Sign and select that from the dropdown menu.
  1. Select the template from Dropbox Sign that you would like to use for this task. Based on the template you select, a bunch of configuration options will appear for you to fill out (such as signers, CCs, custom fields, etc). 
  1. Once you are finished configuring the Dropbox Sign template, click the Publish button.

You are now finished creating your first Dropbox Sign task and it’s ready to start sending documents!
