Adobe Sign

Follow all of the step-by-step instructions below to set up Sora’s integration with Adobe Sign to be able to send documents automatically as part of a Sora workflow.

To turn on the Adobe Sign Integration in Sora you will need to be an administrator in both Sora and Adobe Sign.

Setting up a Adobe Sign Application

Creating a New Application

The first step to integrating Adobe Sign with Sora is to create a brand new Adobe Sign Application. To do this, you will want to navigate to the API Applications section. You will get here by clicking Account and then by clicking Acrobat Sign API on the left hand side navigation bar.

Once on this page, click on the + button and give the application and name, make sure CUSTOMER is selected under domain, and then click Save.

Configure OAuth for Application

To configure the newly made application for OAuth, you will want to do the following:

  1. Click on application name and select Configure OAuth for Application.
  2. Enter the following into the Redirect URI box: https://dispatcher.sora.co/auth/challenge/response
  3. Select the following scopes that Sora will need access to:
  • user_read
  • agreement_read
  • agreement_write
  • agreement_send
  • library_read
  • workflow_read
  • webhook_read
  • webhook_write
  • webhook_retention
  1. Click Save

Copy Client ID and Client Secret

Before heading into Sora, you will need to copy the Client ID (Application ID) and the Client Secret keys. You can grab these keys by clicking on the application, and selecting View/Edit. This will bring up a window and from there you will be able to copy over those two keys.

Enter Credentials into Sora

  1. Open Sora in a new tab and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Adobe Sign.
  2. Paste in the Client ID and Client Secret in their appropriate inputs.
  3. In the tab that has Adobe Sign opened, copy your account domain from the URL. It should look something like secure.na4.adobesign.com. Paste this into the Account Domain input in Sora.
  4. Click the Inactive button to toggle it to Active.
  5. Click Login to setup integration.
  6. Click Validate and you are finished setting up the integration!
